Route Accounting Mobile Software Home Screen goRoam.Sales is a complete route accounting application. It can be implemented as a stand-alone solution or integrated with your existing order entry and invoicing system.

Mobile users can be fully managed from the goRoam web-server. Customers can be associated with a sales rep and only that rep’s customers will be available on the mobile device. Sales and Service reps can then create cash or consignment invoices, accept payments, issue credit memos and view inventory levels.

Invoice history is maintained on the mobile device so field reps can re-print existing invoices or use the last invoice as a template for the current order. This eliminates the need to remember what was last ordered.

Invoices created in the field can easily be viewed on the goRoam web server or printed and emailed as a PDF with the electronic signature. Invoices, payments and credit memos can easily be exported or the export can be scheduled so they can be automatically sent to your accounting system.
