BizSpeed and Ortec are hosting a logistics workshop specifically for Shell lubricants distributors. We have several Shell distributors and are working to build the best logistics and customer service solutions.
This is an interactive workshop designed to work together with you to prioritize logistics and customer service solutions and discuss challenges.
Software demos will be used to drive discussions but are not the focus.
The workshop will focus on:
- Analytics, KPI’s, Data Driven Decisions
- Order Generation and Forecasting
- Driver Workflows (mobile)
- Customer Communications (text/email)
There are a number of Shell-specific checks in the driver delivery process. We will discuss how to best meet the Shell audit requirements through driver workflows using mobile forms, audit reports, prior cargo reports, and 3-way compartment validation.
By participating, you’ll work with fellow Shell distributors to understand the state of the market and prioritize logistics and customer service capabilities. Let’s work together to build the best logistics solutions for Shell distributors.
