After collecting feedback from customers, we’ve released a new version of our customer portal based on the latest web technologies in our Raptor web app. This is fully responsive so your customers can view order history and unit filling on a laptop, tablet, or phone.
We are sunsetting the previous version of the portal as the current one unifies all access through our Raptor web app.
You can setup portal access and provide history to a single location (ship-to address) or to all related sites.
The portal allows your customers to:
- View order history
- Export order history to Excel
- Print PDF delivery receipts
- View upcoming (scheduled) orders
- Search and export unit filling data to Excel
Customers ONLY see data for sites they have been assigned.
