This applies to notifications sent from BizSpeed’s MobileHub logistics application. MobileHub is used by BizSpeed customers to send notifications to our customer’s customer.
- When opted in to receive text notifications for deliveries, you can decide what types of notifications you wish to receive. Opting in is done at the time of order placement. You may opt in to receive the following notification types:
• Order scheduled – Sent when your order is scheduled for delivery
• Out for delivery – Sent when the delivery route is started
• On the Way – Sent when your delivery is either the next stop, or a defined time before the estimated time of arrival
• Delivery Confirmation – Sent after your order has been delivered - You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the sending number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, you will need to opt in again at the time of order placement.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive delivery related messages only in association with specific deliveries. You will not receive marketing messages. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
