BizSpeed offers seamless integrations with several ERP, Routing, Monitoring, and Hardware systems.
Our MobileHub application server’s integration layer is a key component. It provides a web API supporting REST and SOAP access to essential functions, like adding trips, orders, and loads from external dispatch systems. For exporting data, the REST web service completes orders along with their unit filling details, exporting customer information, assets, products, and other key entities.
Even for customers without web service capability, we offer a built-in job scheduler. This scheduler supports running custom tasks, such as order imports via FTP, tank reading imports via FTP, or imports via Windows UNC file shares. Additionally, the job scheduler can export data to FTP or UNC (Windows) file shares.
ERP Integrations
NetSuite
NetSuite provides various cloud-based software solutions, including customer service management and enterprise resource planning. BizSpeed’s NetSuite interface is tailored for fuels and lubricants, enabling seamless processing of Sales Orders. The interface pushes item fulfillment (IF) records to RouteBuilder, representing delivered orders that are sent to NetSuite for electronic invoicing. It automatically manages customer details, products, orders, and contacts.
Epicor Prophet 21
Epicor P21 is a leading ERP system for distributors, available in both cloud and on-premise. It offers capabilities such as warehouse management and CRM. BizSpeed’s P21 integration is a full 2-way interface, monitoring and sending ‘ready to route’ orders to their cloud-based logistics solutions for routing and delivery. Delivered orders are automatically processed through BizSpeed’s Order Reconciliation and sent back to P21’s API for electronic invoicing. Additionally, our R215 ticket includes P21 pick ticket barcodes for integrations with Epicor’s Wireless Warehouse for barcode-based picking.
PDI Enterprise
PDI Enterprise is an ERP for petroleum wholesale. PDI fuel management software solutions provide the whole picture of your operations, from competitive fuel pricing to real-time inventory management and analysis. BizSpeed provides integration into PDI Enterprise using PDI’s standard import formats for fuel. Orders that are imported into our RouteBuilder are dispatched and delivered using our goRoam mobile app(s), and sent to PDI’s order import process for electronic invoicing.
PDI DM2
PDI’s DM2 is a leading provider of software solutions for petroleum marketers, offering complete ERP systems that support fuels, lubricants, and other bulk products. BizSpeed’s full 2-way integration with DM2 utilizes the Rosetta API. This enables automatic flow of DM2 orders into BizSpeed RouteBuilder for routing and dispatch. Completed orders are sent back to DM2 using Rosetta’s GenerateInvoices (for lubes, packaged, and non-BOL deliveries) or GnerateBOLs (for fuel with BOL tracking). Customer, product, and ship-to date are seamlessly imported and mapped.
QuickBooks
QuickBooks is one of the most popular accounting systems for small businesses. BizSpeed offers integration to Quickbooks Desktop and Enterprise through a desktop management tool. This syncs customers and products with our RouteBuilder and automatically creates QuickBooks invoices from orders processed in BizSpeed’s logistics software. For QuickBooks Online, BizSpeed provides an automatic 2-way interface that pulls new or updated QBO customers and products and sends completed orders as invoices to QBO.
Sage 300
Sage 300 is trusted by 40,000+ customers in 150 countries across various industries for finance, operations, and inventory management – for a fraction of the cost of traditional ERP software. BizSpeed has full 2-way integration with Sage300 and the Granite WMS. Orders are created in Sage, sent to BizSpeed for routing, return to Sage/Granite for picking, updated in BizSpeed for quantities, and conclude in our last-mile logistics app, with final invoicing in Sage.
Texada
Texada offers next-generation SaaS solutions that are purpose-built for equipment rental, sales, and service. BizSpeed integrates with Texada’s web service API to post completed orders. The API is tuned to support bulk product delivery such as propane for equipment rentals and owned assets.

VisualSupplier is specialized business management software designed for petroleum distributors. BizSpeed offers a monitoring service for VisualSupplier (VS) that efficiently gathers new or updated orders and seamlessly transfers them to our cloud-based logistics solution for routing and delivery. The orders are then processed in VisualSupplier using our standard delivery report.
SAP
As the world’s largest ERP vendor, SAP provides on-premise and cloud solutions for various functions like finance, inventory, and warehouse management. BizSpeed provides SAP interfaces enabling order transfer from SAP to BizSpeed for routing. Our MobileHub sends trips to SAP for picking and closes tickets via the SAP PGI process.

Tank Monitor Integrations
Otodata
Otodata provides accurate and affordable tank monitors for fuels, gas, and home heating companies. BizSpeed provides out of the box integratin to Otodata tank monitoring APIs. This allows you to continuously import the latest tank readings from Otodata and use them to generate orders in our RouteBuilder for dispatch and delivery. Additionally, we can push tank info updates to Otodata to keep sync’d with products and tank location/customer assignment.
ANOVA
ANOVA offers advanced assert monitoring to help companies manage theit supply chain. BizSpeed provides out of the box integration to ANOVA tank monitoring APIs. This allows you to continuously import the latest tank readings from ANOVA and use them to generate orders in our RouteBuilder for dispatch and delivery.
Schneider Electric Centeron
Centeron is a well-established tank monitoring solution primarily used for petroleum products like fuels and lubricants. BizSpeed has a seamless integration with Centeron through the Centeron web API. Our job service retrieves tank monitor readings, including additional data like battery levels, from the API. This integration enables you to monitor tank levels effectively and generate orders using BizSpeed’s tank insights dashboard.
Routing Integrations
ORTEC
ORTEC is a leading global provider of logistics and supply chain software. They offer various services, including route optimization, order generation and data-driven analytics. BizSpeed is fully integrated into ORTEC’s systems, including ORD (dispatch and routing), OIR (bulk inventory routing), and OB2B (cloud-based routing and load building). When orders are routed in Ortec, they are automatically dispatched to BizSpeed’s goRoam mobile app(s). As a result, Ortec customers can easily monitor trip progress, order start/completion, truck inventory, truck breadcrumb tracking, and more.
Omnitracs Roadnet
RoadNet is a routing and dispatch system that has been helping customers build and dispatch efficient routes since 1983. BizSpeed offers integration with Roadnet routes, which are then exported to our MobileHub. This integration enables drivers to execute trips (routes) for loading and order delivery.
Samsara
Samsara’s mission is to enhance the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of global economic operations. They are pioneers in the Connected Operations Cloud, which empowers organizations reliant on physical operations to utilize IoT data for actionable insights and operational improvements. BizSpeed integrates with Samsara, providing the capability to push routes and route updates to Samsara. This integration facilitates navigation, trip planning, and management within the Samsara ecosystem.

Liquid Controls
Liquid Controls offers positive displacement flow meters for petroleum delivery trucks, supporting refined fuels, LPG, and aviation fuels. BizSpeed fully integrates with Liquid Controls’ electronic eMeter units, including LCR-II, LCR-600, and LCR.IQ meters. Our goRoam mobile app provides wireless connectivity to the meter at the end of the hose. This enables drivers to perform various tasks, such as scanning tank/unit barcodes, validating the product type, opening the LC solenoid for pumping, and viewing real-time meter readings at the end of the hose.
Janam Technologies
Janam Technologies is a leading provider of rugged mobile computers and contactless access solutions, specializing in purpose-built devices for barcode scanning and wireless communication. BizSpeed closely collaborates with Janam to integrate with their rugged mobile devices and barcode scanners. Our services support auto-configuration of key Janam settings through our managed device service. Additionally, we provide full management of Janam devices, including cellular connectivity, software updates, and remote control.
Zebra Technologies
Zebra is a global leader in mobility solutions, including rugged barcode scanners and mobile printers. BizSpeed integrates with Zebra mobile barcode scanner SDKs and mobile Bluetooth printers. Our goRoam apps are certified on the Apple iTunes App Store for Zebra printers.
Brother
Brother is a global leader in rugged mobile printing solutions. BizSpeed goRoam mobile apps integrate with Brother Bluetooth mobile printers. We provide a 2D QRcode that allows re-pairing to different mobile printers when used in a printer pool versus assigned to a driver/handheld.
