Routing and Dispatch Video Walkthrough
Fuel Dispatch Software That Simplifies Your Workflow
MobileHub generates recurring orders and orders for monitored tanks using telemetry readings. Orders can also start in our Customer Portal or entered directly into MobileHub.
Orders are sent to your ERP for credit and inventory approval. Once approved, orders are sent to our order well for routing.
Dispatchers filter and manage orders using an intuitive interface.
Orders are assigned to routes via drag-and-drop from the order well, from the map using a lasso, or via auto-routing assignment.
Finalized routes are sent to drivers and integrated with your ERP (back office) or WMS (warehouse management system) for loading.
Customers are notified via email or SMS text messages when orders are routed, out for delivery, on the way, and delivered.
The Dispatch Dashboard shows real-time order status and truck inventory.
Drivers use the goRoam mobile app to run the route using workflows you define for each delivery scenario (transports, tankwagons, lubes, packages, etc.)
The Driver App runs on iOS and Android.
The driver record loads, delivery or pickup quantities, scan tanks or asset barcodes, and capture customer signatures.
Delivery receipts are automatically emailed to customers as PDFs.
Dispatchers monitor real-time route statuses and truck inventory.
Orders are automatically reconciled and sent to your ERP system for digital invoicing.
Powerful Features for Smarter Fuel Dispatching
The goRoam mobile app is a native iOS and Android app with workflows specific to your delivery types – transport, eMeter, mechanical meter, lubes, propane/home heat, and package delivery.
With full LCR eMeter integration at the end of the hose, goRoam is designed to streamline your fleet fueling with our 15+ years of meter integration.
Quickly build and optimize routes by dragging and dropping from the order well or lasso from the map to drop orders on trips. As soon as you drop orders onto a trip, the RouteBuilder calculates the stop time based on the truck pump rate and package handing rates, and then recalculates the trip time and distance using commercial truck routes.
Using our Customer Portal, you can let you customers view and download delivery receipts and unit filling into and Excel file. And optionally allow them to place orders which are fed into your ERP system for approval and then routing in our MobileHub.
Keep your customers updated with email, SMS, or WhatsApp notifications when orders are routed, out for delivery, on the way, and then delivered with a Proof of Delivery (POD) email.
Easily monitor trips by depot, truck, or driver. See in real-time if the trip and orders are on schedule or delayed. View live truck inventory as drivers make deliveries.
Add orders through our order entry wizard, from our API, tank forecasting and order generation module, or have your customers enter them through our customer portal.
Order entry is fast and allows copying all or part of the last 10 orders to quickly take orders.
With 40+ built-in reports, ad hoc reports, and data export feeds, you get full visibility to become a data-driven logistics organization.
Reports are available on-demand and they can be scheduled to automatically email at specified times.
What makes great Fuel Logistics Software?
We believe Fuel Logistics Software should drive 5 key impact areas:
- Operational Efficiency – building better routes to help reduce your total transportation costs (less miles, less trucks, more full trucks, right sized orders, right timed orders). Route optimization for example can reduce your total miles driven by up to 15%.
- Customer Service – avoiding WISMO (where’s my order), a customer portal to provide self-service, and real-time notifications via email, SMS, or WhatsApp for order status.
- Product Integrity – avoiding cross-fills through 3-way compartment matches and GPS geofencing to ensure you are at the correct customer.
- Inventory Control – automatically monitoring eMeters and tracking inventory throughout the trip, as well as workflow controls to ensure drivers enter accurate information.
- Real-time Visibility – more than knowing where your trucks are, knowing what the trip status is, if orders are late or early, seeing truck inventory in real-time.
