We’re looking to hire a Customer Success Manager with 4+ years’ experience who shares our passion for delivering exceptional customer service. We’re looking for someone with logistics, logistics software, and last-mile delivery experience to manage project implementations and on-going Customer Success. Bonus points if you are experienced with ERP systems and have technical skills to assist with integration or app issues.
BizSpeed is a last-mile logistics software company with a suite of SaaS and mobile apps used by fuels, lubricants, chemicals, and 3PL (third-party logistics) B2B customers. We started in 2001 and operate with a lean startup approach.
We provide mobile apps (native iOS and Android) and web-based routing, dispatch, and customer portal solutions. We manufacture and support hardware that is installed on bulk trucks to manage deliveries when pumping to customer tanks.
Our customers are in North and South America, and we have integrations into several ERP systems to supplement or replace their logistics modules.

Role
To start, you will work in Customer Success and Project Implementations and as we grow you may become more specialized.

- Manage Tier 1 team
- Lead small project implementations
- Assist in post go-live hypercare
- Conduct QBRs (quarterly business reviews) with customers
- Maintain an on-call schedule
- Assist in building our LMS (learning management system)
- Expand and maintain policies and procedures for Customer Success
- Research and respond to service desk tickets
