Dispatching 20—or 100+—orders shouldn’t take hours
In this session, the BizSpeed team discusses the rollout of our new auto-routing engine — what it takes to efficiently route trucks, the operational decisions behind it, and the data that must be configured before automation works reliably. A short live demo shows how routes are generated in a real dispatch environment.
The conversation focuses on process, not product: how to prepare customers, service windows, vehicle compatibility, and operational constraints so routing can move from manual planning to repeatable automation.
You’ll hear from Chris Henry (CEO), Matthew Belk (VP Engineering), and Doug Hollowell (COO). They’ll walk you through best practices learned while deploying our mobile driver app alongside advanced multi-compartment routing — including how dispatcher knowledge, driver workflows, and routing logic must align for adoption to succeed.
What You’ll See
- How fleets move from manual dispatching to automated routing
- Routing 20–100+ orders in minutes instead of hours
- Required setup: customers, service hours, products, and vehicle constraints
- Matching trucks, drivers, and site limitations (clearances, access, restrictions)
- Preparing data so that optimization produces reliable routes
- What’s involved in rolling out auto-routing operationally
- Best practices for deploying mobile driver apps with routing automation
- Handling retains, supplier allocations, and late delivery changes
- Plan-vs-actual visibility and continuous improvement
- A short live demo and Q&A discussion
If routing complexity is slowing your team down, this session will show you a better way. See Auto-Routing in action.
