BizSpeed provides native offline-first apps, proven integrations with fuel meters, and US-based support. BizSpeed Petroleum Logistics solutions started in 2006 and are in our 4th generation. FleetPanda started in 2015 and raised venture capital. FleetPanda continued to “pivot” and try to find product market fit, continually changing offerings such as “dispatcher as a service” and “IT as a service”. BizSpeed is privately held and makes decisions based on our customers’ needs, not based on VC-driven sales at any costs to show growth.
FleetPanda offers meter support, but users report connectivity issues. BizSpeed has delivered stable, accurate meter integrations for years.
BizSpeed apps are fully native and support offline functionality without losing data. FleetPanda started as a hybrid app and added offline capabilities later. In their early years, we heard FleetPanda users out of cell coverage had to write down transactions on paper and the enter them in the app once back in cell coverage. That is not the case today but they did not understand the offline first requirement.
Most BizSpeed implementations are completed quickly by a dedicated team. If someone wants to go live in 2 weeks, they can certainly do that. But all of our implementations involve back office/ERP, tank monitor, and other integrations.
